Current Schedule

Drop in for one of Eoin’s legendary Vinyasa Flow classes. In this classic “all levels, all good” , you can expect a great workout, modifications for beginners, challenges for the more advanced and a perfect balance of the discipline the yoga practice requires with a healthy dose of light-heartedness and laughter.

Since our ultimate goal in this practice is total happiness, you can always expect a big emphasis on alignment. We highly recommend that you sign up for the periodic workshops that Eoin offers to make the flow style classes even more juicy.

NOTE: Classes are done for the 2007 season and will start again in January 08 . Wed evening classes are back!
