Yoga for Surfers

People ask me all the time: “What do you like better, yoga or surfing?” In my mind, I cannot eoin surfing yogiseparate them. They flow together so well, each enhancing the other activity. This question is like asking a guitar player if he likes using his hand that strums or his hand that works the frets. They work together to create a beautiful partnership.

“Every time I am on the water, I think about ways to allow aging surfers move like grommets (young, nimble surfers) and for grom’s to stay strong and loose for years to come. I have many tricks in my arsenal, but the major ones are using the same principles I use to train all athletes.”
